Author of over 38 Books on Project Management Methodologies and PM Technologies (Like Project, SharePoint, Project Server or Project Online), he is also an accomplished speaker, presenter and trainer. Tim has educated over 100,000 people in best practices using Microsoft technologies along with PM methodologies and makes the learning experience fun and engaging with humor and interactive and visual learning.
Tim is also a 15 year running Microsoft Project MVP. This is an award that has to be earned each year making him one of the elite in both knowledge, experience and contributing and giving back to their community of practice.

Ken loves creating “aha!” moments for his clients. Empowering people to be efficient and productive is a passion that motivates him as a consultant. Ken thrives in high pressure situations.
Being a licensed private pilot for almost 40 years and a certified SCUBA instructor, Ken excels at implementing procedures that open new possibilities to others.
A technology geek at heart, he loves finding new ways to work with computers or manage their configuration. Even more than his love of technology and teaching, Ken is a family man who looks forward to cooking weekly culinary masterpieces on Sunday nights.
Walter thrives on building long lasting relationships within Latin America and all around the world. He is passionate about sharing his knowledge through teaching and various Microsoft speaking engagements within the Latin American region.
With more than 30 years’ experience in IT and Telecommunications, Walter channels his passion for technology by helping organizations improve their processes through coaching, problem-solving, and training.
When Walter is not at the office, he can be found volunteering with Costa Rican schools, hiking through the beautiful Costa Rica countryside, and spending time playing soccer with his children. One of his fondest adventures was his recent visit to the Pacific Northwest where he experienced snow for the first time on Mt. Hood where he made a snow angel.
A media geek at heart, Leslie thrives on translating complex information into a compelling and understandable language that the world can’t get enough of! Leslie believes that knowledge is power, and loves keeping people up to date on current events and opportunities in our local and surrounding communities.
Leslie has literally “Rocked” the world of radio since her high school days as a radio personality. From organizing music festivals with thousands of attendees to helping pave the way for over 124 million Americans to change the way they listen to their favorite stations, for easier listening via the launch of internet streaming, she has been a pioneer in implementing technology to streamline her productivity.
Leslie loves to travel and explore different areas around the planet, but refuses to ever completely uproot her life from the Pacific NW. Portland born & raised, Leslie is a proud wife for over 32 years, and a mother of 2 children who are now grown with their own families. Being an empty nester hasn’t slowed her down in the least. If there’s not a sports game to attend or watch on the big screen, you will find Leslie catching up with her friends while listening to her favorite tunes during happy hour!
Kevin is passionate about solving complex technical issues and building solutions. A rewarding day at Advisicon for Kevin would involve solving a customer’s major pain points and making their lives easier by designing, modifying, and customizing tools.
Born and raised in Chicago, Kevin left the area after college and moved to the Pacific Northwest. After a few years away, he was ready to return home to Chicago. When he is not spending time with his wife and 3-year-old labradoodle named Mixson, Kevin enjoys woodworking projects, or working on his car.
At the age of 12, Kevin built his first PC and never looked back. This passion that started at a young age, led Kevin to study at Purdue University, where he graduated with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. Pairing Kevin’s education with his experience in IT infrastructure, Security, CAD/CAM solutions, and Project Management; makes Kevin a perfect fit to lead Advisicon’s Products Division.
As an expert facilitator and integrator, Traci has a gift for bringing out the best in people. There is no challenge too big or too small for her leadership talents. Her passion for empowering people and team building, inspires both colleagues and customers alike to create a positive and professional workplace culture.
Traci loves to make sure people have what they need to be successful, be it a book, a certification class or a brush-up on improved communication and soft skills. Having written over 500 policies, procedures and forms, she is an avid champion of policy and process implementation and improvement. Traci never met a customized report she didn’t like and ask anyone; Traci is known for meeting every challenge with grace and a smile!
Traci has spent her entire career in the Pacific NW. She is very close with her family including her two grown sons and folks. When not in her garden which is her happy place, or whipping up something tasty in the kitchen, she is enjoying game-night and spending time with her large extended family
