Microsoft & Advisicon – Trinidad & Tobago Project & Portfolio Management Workshop

Your Microsoft Account team invites you to our Project & Portfolio Management Workshop. The workshop is a free, two-hour session offered Monday, June 25th for executives, project managers, and PMO leads to learn about the power of Microsoft Project Online and how it can help your PMO deliver more strategic value to the organization.
The workshop will be focused on how you can leverage Project Online to its maximum potential to equip your organization for maximizing the ROI of your project portfolio. Key topics to be discussed include:
- Management of resource demand and capacity
- Prioritizing project proposals against drivers of business success
- Techniques for delivering better insights into a task, resource, and project status
We will explore new ways to improve project and portfolio reporting to deliver greater data insights and show new strategies to help meet the demands project managers face around project and portfolio reporting. Additionally, we will highlight some of the new investments Microsoft is making in Project Online so that you can see some of the exciting new changes planned in the near future.
Advisicon is a PMI® Registered Education Provider and, as a result, attendees will be eligible to receive up to 2 PMI® PDUs for attendance at and participation in the workshop.
