PPM Energy’s project managers had worked with a number of project scheduling and management tools. However, they had recently adopted Microsoft® Project 2007 as their single, in-house project scheduling solution. Recognizing the value of focused training, they were looking for instruction and education on using the tool effectively. Given the size and complexity of their wind farm projects, they also needed to learn how to use some of the more advanced features of Microsoft® Project 2007.
