Advisicon’s consultants are active in a number of professional associations and communities of practice. We share knowledge, strengthen relationships, and help professional practitioners build project management best practices in their cultures.


Project Management Institute
Project Management Institute (PMI) — Advisicon's team members are active in the Project Management Institute at a number of levels. Advisicon frequently provides speakers for the Portland, Willamette Valley, Bend, Greater Detroit, American Heartland, and Mexico City chapters. Our team has also presented at PMI national and global events. Most of Advisicon's team are certified Project Management Professionals (PMP).


Program Management Forum
Program Management Forum — Advisicon supports the Project Management Forum as a sponsor and with speakers since 2005. Advisicon President, Tim Runcie also serves on the PMF Board of Directors.


Microsoft Project User Group
Microsoft Project User Group (MPuG) — Advisicon's President, Tim Runcie has provided leadership and support to the Microsoft Project User community for many years.
